"Animo can produce high-quality linework in its original drawn texture in any color, with blending and shading easily available. Color palettes are highly malleable and can be changed readily following the ink and paint process. Different moods, lighting and harmonic colors are easy to create with Animo, and 2D and 3D compositing are easy."

"Having used Animo for over 7 years, we absolutely rely on Animo for its intuitive and flexible features to help us achieve faster turnaround time. For the Sugus job - due to the immensity of the project, we relied heavily on Animo's blend feature. Painting only on one layer Animo seamlessly blended the colors for darker shades while only the highlights were a separate layer. This feature plus many others has freed us of many constraints and has allowed us to explore beyond the conventional."

"We chose Animo for its speed and ease of use in painting large numbers of drawings. We were also able to keep the artist's line from the hand-drawn animation and had the flexibility to change details at the last minute."

"We chose Animo five years ago to change our way of working. It gives us much faster turnaround times with all the benefits that digital technology brings to the production process. With Animo, the initial animation drawings are scanned into the computer. Animo allows us to 'paint' the drawings on the computer. The resulting scenes can then be put together - complete with complex camera moves - within the computer. The completed scenes can then be output directly to digital videotape. In this way, Animo enables us to complete projects in-house, saving weeks in production time and a significant amount of money."
