It fixes the following problems:
- Incorrect interpretation of non-ASCII filenames in files created in previous versions of Animo (1653)
- Manual calibration fails with some scanner/driver combinations (1654)
- Incorrect function of Color Chooser sliders following view reconfiguration (1655)
- ScanLevel warning and/or crash when pasting drawings into an empty level (1656)
- Errors when opening multiple files at once on Windows NT (1656)
- Reference Window does not remain on Previous Frame when model changes (1657)
- Corrupted images when writing PICT format (1657)
- Unwanted scrolling of XSheet when clicking in frame number column or header (1657)
- QuickTime codec list does not show some codecs (e.g. Blackmagic) (1657)

- Crash when processing certain levels in ImageProcessor
- Orientation errors when rescanning video-captured drawings
- Native TWAIN scanning in PencilTester assumes drawing are bottom-pegged
- Failure to correctly update Animo 1.7 levels and color models
- Crashes on Windows NT when accessing functionality requiring 2000/XP
- PencilTester clamp adjustment does not use white balance
- Poor performance when using Osprey 100 video capture card (can now use legacy Video for Windows driver)
- Incorrect phonemes displayed on soundtracks
- Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg) output from InkPaint and VectorEditor
- Improved access to settings functions from PencilTester video capture window
- Ability to use legacy Video for Windows drivers for PencilTester video capture should the WDM (DirectShow) driver give poor performance
